AgroEnergy is a privately held Swiss-based agribusiness group headquartered in Geneva. The Group is active across the agricultural value chain, with a core focus on grain production, storage, logistics, and international trade. AgroEnergy combines long-standing operational experience in key agricultural regions with Swiss standards of governance, risk management, and capital discipline.

The Group’s operating companies were established more than 25 years ago and have grown steadily through organic expansion and strategic investment. Today, AgroEnergy consolidates these assets under a unified holding structure, providing centralized oversight while preserving strong local execution capabilities.

AgroEnergy maintains a substantial operational footprint in Ukraine, where it owns and operates agricultural land, grain silos, logistics companies, and a port infrastructure project under development. The Group’s silo network provides integrated services including grain aggregation, cleaning, sorting, drying, laboratory testing, and storage, ensuring quality control and efficient flow from production to export.

The Group is active in both inland and maritime transportation and owns a sea-going vessel, enabling direct access to export markets and enhanced control over logistics. In Kazakhstan, AgroEnergy owns agricultural land and is engaged in grain trading, further diversifying its sourcing and market reach.

In addition to its core agricultural activities, AgroEnergy operates a fuel import and distribution business in Ukraine, supplying farmers with a critical production input and strengthening long-term relationships within the agricultural ecosystem.

AgroEnergy’s shareholders and founders bring decades of experience in global agricultural commodities trading. Their expertise, combined with a long-term investment horizon, supports the Group’s strategy of disciplined growth across the value chain—expanding cultivated land, increasing storage capacity, and developing logistics and export infrastructure.

AgroEnergy’s mission is to build a resilient, vertically integrated agribusiness platform, serving global markets with reliability, transparency, and consistent quality.

Mission

AgroEnergy’s mission is to develop and operate a resilient, asset-backed agribusiness platform across the grain value chain in Ukraine.

We aim to be a reliable provider of seeds, fertilizers, and fuel to farmers, a trusted buyer of their crops, and an active partner in supporting harvest collection and delivering production efficiently to targeted export markets. At the same time, we remain a dependable supplier to our customers, as we already are today.

Drawing on our long-standing experience as both an established farmer and a seasoned trader, we combine strong on-the-ground operations with disciplined financial management, robust risk controls, and Swiss standards of governance to deliver consistent, long-term performance for farmers, partners, customers, and financial stakeholders.

Vision

AgroEnergy’s vision is to rank among the top three Ukrainian grain exporters by building a fully integrated and asset-backed agribusiness platform with comprehensive capabilities across production, storage, inland and maritime logistics, port infrastructure, financial operations, and the supply of seeds and fertilizers to partner farmers.

Through disciplined expansion of physical assets, completion of critical infrastructure, prudent capital allocation, and reliable input provision to farmers, the Group aims to transition from a well-established regional operator to a globally active Ukrainian agribusiness counterparty, offering predictable execution, transparency, and credit-quality stability to international banks, trading partners, farmers, and institutional stakeholders.
